Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: BHLB) has completed the acquisition of Firestone Financial Corp. effective today. Firestone is now known as Firestone Financial, LLC and is operating as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Berkshire Bank.
