*NAMA membership is available for new operator members and those operators that were not members of NAMA in 2011 and 2012. Rebate will paid out in January 2013, association memberships are for 2013. To receive cash back or membership customers must be in good standing as defined by Firestone. Program is for customers in the amusement and vending industry only and excludes video lottery equipment/video gaming equipment. Customers that are over 30 days past due at anytime during 2012 do not qualify. Customers must sign up for the program by April 30, 2012.
