Kevin Cook

Assistant Vice President, Sales Operations Manager

Kevin Cook, the leader of Firestone’s sales team, has over 15 years of sales management and operations experience in a variety of industries. Kevin’s expertise is matched only by his exceptional enthusiasm and motivation to put Firestone in the best position to succeed. Prior to joining, Kevin was a Business Development Manager at Healthcare Professional Funding and has served in sales management roles at Launch Angels, Curaspan Health Group, GE and MicroFinancial. Kevin holds an MBA in Management Studies from the Boston College Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management, as well as a BS in Business Administration from Providence College.

Among his affiliations, Kevin is a member of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals. Outside of the office, Kevin is equally enthusiastic about volunteer work and giving back to the community, having participated in the Pan-Mass Challenge as both a rider and volunteer. He lives in Medfield, MA with his wife and three children and is passionate about Boston's four sports teams.


Jim Hines

Vice President, Sales – Amusement and Vending

Jim Hines specializes in the amusement and vending industries. He works closely with the leading manufacturers and distributors to develop competitive financial programs that help operators and locations get the equipment they need affordably. He has been with the company since 1994, and worked his way through credit and sales before becoming an officer in 2000. 

Jim earned his bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College. Among his affiliations, he is on the board of American Amusement Machine Association Charitable Foundation, is a member of Equipment Leasing & Finance Association and Foundation (ELFA) and of the Stonehill College Alumni Association. He lives in Maynard, MA with his wife and three children. Jim spends much of his free time coaching his children in baseball, basketball, and soccer and is a former President of Maynard Youth Soccer.


Tony Costanza

Assistant Vice President, Sales – Carnival and Park

Tony Costanza is the sales leader for Carnival and Amusement Parks. As part of his role, Tony travels the country meeting with show owners and operators, learning about their business. He uses this information to customize financial products such as seasonal loans that meet the unique needs of the outdoor amusement industry. He has been with the company since 1997, and worked his way through collections, credit, and sales before becoming an officer in 2008.

Prior to joining Firestone, Tony worked as a sales person for Northern States Tire and was on the production line at General Motors, he also studied at St. Bonaventure University. Among his affiliations, he is a member of New England Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, the Pennsylvania Parks Association and the Outdoor Amusement Business Association. He and his wife have two sons and Tony enjoys coaching his boys in baseball, football, and soccer.


Sal Cifala

Assistant Vice President, Sales 
 Amusement

Sal Cifala has been an integral part of Firestone’s team since 1996 having worked in several different areas of the company including Sales, Credit and Asset Management. Sal’s role for the organization includes managing strategic relationships with our manufacturers, distributors and operators in the amusement, vending and gaming industries.

Prior to joining Firestone, Sal worked for Robert Half and Associates and Putnam Investments.  He studied at Bentley College and attended the AMOA Notre Dame Management Program. He has three children and enjoys coaching their various activities including basketball, soccer and softball.



Spencer Norton

Sales Executive – Entertainment Centers

Spencer Norton joined Firestone Financial in 2005 as an inside sales representative and has worked his way up within the sales organization. He plays a critical role for the organization in developing and growing relationships with our manufacturers, distributors, operators, and family fun centers in the amusement and vending industries.

Prior to joining Firestone, Spencer was an executive recruiter with Commonwealth Resources, responsible for recruitment and placement of commercial general contractors in New England. A native of Peaks Island, Maine, Spencer earned his BS degree in Finance from Babson College. When he’s not helping clients with financing needs, he enjoys cooking, skiing, and sailing.


Peter Aldrich

Inside Sales Professional – Amusement and Vending

Pete Aldrich has 25 years of front-line experience in the Financial Services industry. He has been a vital member of the Firestone Financial Inside Sales team since 2001. Prior to joining Firestone, Pete was the Operations Manager for 13 years at Leasecom.

Among his many business and professional affiliations are: Boston Banking and Financial Services Professionals, Equipment Leasing Professionals, Equipment Leasing & Finance Association and Foundation (ELFA), Outdoor Amusement Business Association, and the University of Phoenix Alumni Association.

Pete studied Finance at the University of Phoenix. Among his outside interests that he enjoys with his family are coaching youth soccer, exercising, reading and basketball.


Samantha Keller

Sales Executive – Carnival and Amusement Park

Samantha Keller, better known as Sam around the office, joined the inside sales team in 2006. She left behind the bright lights and movie stars of Los Angeles, where she worked for GN Mortgage as the Wholesale Mortgage Sales Rep, to join the Firestone Family. In her time here she has establish herself as a vital piece of our sales team and has focused her talents on the carnival industry.

Sam is an active member of the Emblem club (aka the “Lady Elks”). She also has a very special place in heart for the furry and four legged, and sporadically fosters dogs in her home when needed.


Tim Dalton

Sales Executive – Laundry 

Tim Dalton has been a member of our sales team since June of 2015, bringing with him over 22 years of business and sales experience. Tim leads Firestone's sales efforts in the commercial laundry industry. Prior to joining the Firestone family, he served as a member of the Sales and Marketing teams for the Boston Red Sox, TD Bank North Garden and the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, as well as having been a co-owner of T.T. Buds Popcorn. Tim received a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Hoftra University.

Tim grew up in Arlington, MA and now resides in Dighton, MA with his wife, his son and two step-daughters. When not at work, he enjoys exercising, playing cards, golfing and coaching kids in baseball and softball. Tim is also a master impressionist and does a mean Austin Powers.


Carol Francis

Vice President – Marketing & Communication

Carol Francis has over a 20 year track record in sales and marketing in the financial services industry. She leads all marketing initiatives for Firestone including social media, inbound marketing, trade shows and event planning. Additionally, she is the company's Salesforce.com administrator.

Carol earned her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell, and her MBA from Babson College. She has held marketing positions at TimePayment / MicroFinancial, Deutsche Financial Services, AT&T Capital Leasing Services and Bayer Financial Services. She was also a Managing Partner of a consulting company. She and her family live in the Boston area.
