David S. Cohen

President and CEO, Firestone Financial

Mr. Cohen has been affiliated with Firestone Financial since 1986. He directs the management of all aspects of the business. He provides direction for the strategic initiatives of the Company, participates in the generation of new business development, serves as a member of the Credit Committee and leads the planning and policy-making functions of Firestone Financial. He is the past volunteer Chairman of American Amusement Machine Association, which is the leading trade association for manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers to coin-operated amusement industry. On a local level, he previously has served on various non-profit community boards and presently is on the Board of the New Center for Arts and Culture. He also served two terms as a member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee of Holbrook Cooperative Bank, a $90 Million Massachusetts based community bank.

From September 1998 until September of 2000, Mr. Cohen was President and member of the Board of UST Leasing Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of US Trust, which provided equipment leasing services to bank and non-bank customers. During 2008 and 2009, he served on the Board of Directors and was a member of the Audit Committee of Domestic Bank, a Rhode Island based, privately held commercial bank.  Prior to joining Firestone Financial, Mr. Cohen was a Divisional Controller for XTRA, Inc., a transportation leasing company and he started his career in 1978 at Coopers & Lybrand as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Cohen received a BA in Business Administration from Rutgers University.

Scott A. Cooper

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Firestone Financial

Mr. Cooper has been affiliated with Firestone since 1989. He is responsible for the daily operations of Firestone including credit operations, asset management (collections), legal and workouts, administration, financial reporting, tax reporting, technology and treasury functions of Firestone.

Mr. Cooper serves as a member of the Credit Committee. From 2003 to 2005, he served as President of the South Area Solomon Schechter Day School. From 1998 to 2000, he was also a Vice President and Director of UST Leasing Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Firestone's parent at that time.

From 1983 to 1989, Mr. Cooper was an audit manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

George F. Bacigalupo

Senior Executive Vice President, Commercial Banking, Berkshire Bank

George Bacigalupo joined Berkshire Bank in 2011 as SVP Chief Credit Officer and has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. In his current role, Mr. Bacigalupo is responsible for business banking, including the asset based lending and leasing business lines.

Previously, Mr. Bacigalupo was EVP of Specialty Lending at TD Banknorth, where he established the ABL and other middle-market lending groups and oversaw commercial banking relationships with $5 billion in total committed credit. Subsequently, at TD Bank, he was the senior Lender for New England.

Mr. Bacigalupo received his bachelor of science from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and his master of business from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University.

Sean A. Gray

Chief Operating Officer of Berkshire Bank

Sean A. Gray joined Berkshire Bank in December of 2006 as First Vice President of Retail Banking. Mr. Gray is responsible for the development and implementation of all retail banking strategies, including branch activities and expansion, pricing, consumer lending, marketing, call center operations, facilities, product development and personal and commercial lines of insurance. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Gray was Vice President and Consumer Market Manager at Bank of America responsible for the sales and service operations of 31 branches in the Cambridge, Massachusetts market. Mr. Gray earned his B.S. in Finance from Bentley College. 

Richard M. Marotta

President of Berkshire Bank

Richard M. Marotta is Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Marotta joined Berkshire Bank in December 2009 and is responsible for credit risk, loan review, loan documentation, internal audit, compliance and to provide strategic leadership for the Company's future growth. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Marotta has more than 28 years of experience sophisticated banking experience, most recently he served as EVP and Group Head, Asset Recovery at KeyBank, and has extensive career experience in credit and risk management, including asset based lending portfolios.
