Q. Lease vs. Loan?

A. There are benefits to both leasing and financing. With a loan, you enjoy ownership of the asset from day one, no need to negotiate the fair market value at the end of the lease. You also get to depreciate the asset as well. If the asset has value beyond the financing term, a loan is generally the best alternative. If the asset does not have value past the finance term and your company has debt covenants that prohibit incurring additional debt, off-balance-sheet financing such as lease may work. On the other hand, if you think you may want to pay off your loan early, Firestone Financial will not penalize you for great cash management. We charge no prepayment penalty if you want to pay your loan off early, most leases don’t offer that option. Our representatives are available to review your financing needs and can help you determine what solution is best for you and your company.

Q. How do I apply?

Q. Is there a prepayment penalty?

A. No, at Firestone Financial we offer you the ability to pay off your loan at anytime without any penalty.

Q. Where does Firestone offer financing?

A. We offer financing in the United States.

Q. What type of financing do you offer?

A. We offer secured installment loans for our business customers.

Q. What types of businesses do you finance?

A. In the coin-op industry we finance operators, arcades, bowling centers, roller skating rinks, family fun centers, and pizza fun centers. We do not finance restaurants and bars. In the outdoor amusement industry we finance show owners, food and game concession owners, operators and parks. In the fitness industry we finance existing health club owners for upgrades, replacements, or expansions.

Q. How can I find out the status of my plates, registration, and/or title?

Q. I want to get copies of my loan documents. How do I do that?

A. Please complete our online form and we will respond to your request usually within 1 business day. Please make sure you include your customer number and loan number.

Q. What is the balance of my loan? How many payments do I have remaining?

Q. Can I find out how much I paid in interest?

Q. If I want to pay off my loan early, is there a penalty? How do I request a pay off?

Q. How do I make a payment on my loan?

A. Payments on your loan may be made by check, wire transfer, and Western Union.

Q. How do I sign up for automatic debit of my payment (ACH) or how to I update my current bank account information?

Q. I lost my coupon book. Can you provide a new one?

A. Yes, we can. Please complete our online form and your new coupon book will be sent to you within 2 - 3 weeks. Please make sure you include your customer number and loan number. You are still responsible for making payments on your loan while the new coupon book is being sent to you. If you need to get your account information to do so please call us.

I Paid Off My Loan

Q. How do I get a title released?
